What services Ikea Israel offers and prices:
1. Furniture assembly:
To order assembly call 09-892-8888 ext 5
Prices:
173 NIS for product value up to 1000 NIS
231 NIS for product value between 1001 to 2000 NIS
7 % of product value but no less then 260 NIS for product value over then 2001 NIS
Additional long distance charges to the assembly charges:
Tel Aviv area- 0 NIS
Rehovot area- 60 NIS
Ashkelon and Tiberias area- 120 NIS
Beer Sheva area- 170 NIS
Negev, and Kiriat Shmona area – 450 NIS
The west bank are- 236 NIS minimum
There is special price list for custom made closets.
2. Furniture Delivery:
There is a separate company that does the actual delivery. Their name is “Moviley Dror” 09-835-4022/8
Delivery cost is 5% of product value minimum charge of 140 NIS.
Delivery to locations which located in the Negev, Eilat, West bank, Hevron, and Schem area will cost 10% of product value with minimum of 300 NIS.
Maximum delivery of 3 couches/sofas 300 NIS
Maximum for kitchen delivery 300 NIS
Maximum closet delivery 400 NIS
Electric appliances delivery charge of “Kooper Import” company:
Delivery charge of up to five product is 140 NIS
Above five products the cost will be 5% of the value minimum of 140 NIS.
If the appliances are delivered additional to the kitchen, the delivery charge will be
35 NIS per item.
There will be an additional charge of 35 NIS if the items will need to be delivered to a 3rd floor with no elevator.
There will be an additional charge of minimum 380 NIS if there is need to use a crane.
3. Electrician services:
Installment services of ceiling fixtures and wall mounts cost of service is 46 NIS per unit. Minimum of 176 NIS.
4. Kitchen design:
This service offer the assistance of IKEA kitchen designers. By appointment only. To setup an appointment call 09-892-8888 ext 5.
The service is free. If you like to keep a copy of the design you will need to pay for it. The cost of the plan will be deducted from the cost of the kitchen.
5. Car roof top rack:
IKEA will lend you for two weeks at no charge a roof top rack to carry your product on the roof of your car. You are responsible to install it. There is a deposit fee which will be returned when you bring it back. The rack can carry up to 60kg (132 lbs).
6. Babysitting service:
In the entrance to the store there is “Kids Kingdom” which allows you to leave your kid under supervision of the professional crew. The entrance is for kids from the height of 80-120cm (31.5-47.24 inches) and must be potty trained. There is a time limit of one hour for this babysitting service
7. Cinema:
In the entrance of the store there is a theater where kids can enjoy large selection of movies with parental supervision.
8. Shopping carts for kids:
At the entrance you will be able to take carts with baby seats and special carts (Ti-you-lo-nim) for little kids to help you with your cruising.
IKEA provide you with also small carts for the kids to enjoy.
9. Nursing room:
You will find at the entrance nursing and change room for your babies. Additional changing rooms are located in every bathroom.

In the store’s restaurant IKEA offers reduced prices for kid’s meals, baby food, and an option to warm up bottles and food.
12. Kids activities:
Often, the store hosts kid-friendly activities which include:
Story time, creative time, and plays. You can get additional information at the information booth, at the customer service, and through the phone. There is no charge to participate in the activities.
13.Order booth (Cashier):
At the top floor, near the restaurant there is a special booth for special orders which can only be ordered at this booth. This service allows you to pay for the product in this booth and allows IKEA to collect the product while you keep browsing the store.
14. Express booth:
Cashier # 1, 2, and 3 in the exit line is for 8 items or less. The payment in this cashiers is limited to cash, credit card, and IKEA card.
15. Restaurant:
At the top floor you will find a restaurant which offers Israeli and Swedish cuisine. The restaurant closes an hour before the store does. There is a smoking section. The restaurant holds a kosher certificate.
16. Snacks:
At the exit of the store you can buy sandwiches, hot dogs, ice cream, soft drinks, and more.
17. Swedish food shop:
Selection of Swedish treats at reasonable prices.
